Cannot access your Tenderbolt account? Don't panic! Here is how to reset your password in a few steps.


Resetting your password

  1. Go to the Tenderbolt login page.

  2. Click on 'Forgot password?' below the login field.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  4. Click 'Validate' (or 'Continue'). You will receive a reset email.

  5. Open the email and click the link provided.

  6. Choose a new password and confirm it.

  7. Click 'Validate', then log in with your new password.

⚠️ Note: Your password must contain at least 12 characters and include a number, an uppercase letter, and a special character.



I didn't receive the reset email

If you do not receive the email after a few minutes, try these solutions:

  • Check your SPAM folder: the email might be blocked there.

  • Make sure you have entered the correct email address.

  • Wait a few minutes and try the operation again.

  • Contact the platform administrator within your company.
